Title:
Integrated planet formation models: from protoplanetary disks to water rich planets
Abstract:
We present results of integrated planet formation models that allow to follow the evolution of a system made of a protoplanetary disk and a set of forming planets, taking into account as much as possible the interactions between the different members of the system.
In a first part, we will present the physics included in the models, and will, in a second part, focus on the differential effect of forming a planetary system versus forming an isolated planet. We will in particular consider the resulting composition of planets. In the last part, focussing of planets in the Earth to Super-Earth domain, we will discuss the potential (non)-habitability of water rich planet and some prospect for their detection.
