On 20th of Jan., ELSI-Kavli IPMU-IRCN Joint Public Lecture "Quest for Origins" was held at MIRAIKAN Hall. About 300 audiences gathered.

After the greeting by WPI Program Director Akira Ukawa, Specially Appointed Associate Professor Yutetsu Kuruma at ELSI, Professor Kuniyoshi Sakai at IRCN, and Professor Hiraku Nakajima gave lectures. And then, together with Professor Yukihiro Nobuhara as a moderator, they discussed abut "What is quest for origins".

Finally, audiences had occasion to communicate with lecturers freely.
