We have modeled computational proto-cells based on chemical Autopoiesis model, which has been proposed by L.Luisi and F. Verala by using an artificial chemistry AC, Abstract Rewriting System on Multisets, ARMS: this model, Active Cell Systems, ACS has been proposed as the AC with membranes and it has been independently proposed from P Systems. We have confirmed that Darwinian evolution emerges in the system and in a variant of the ACS, novel cellular function emerges.
